Start Right English Workbook Year 4

This workbook covers Level Two of The New Zealand Curriculum, English.  It will suit 8 year-old and 9-year old students. It covers the learning strands 'Listening, Reading and Viewing' and 'Speaking, Writing and Presenting'.  There is a section covering word classes, grammar, sentence structure, the dictionary and thesaurus.  There are plenty of exercises for students to apply knowledge and practice skills with answers in the back of the book.   New Zealand stories and examples are used to illustrate concepts. Footers on each page indicate the Achievement Objective Indicator being covered.
